This page provides details of background tasks which need to be conducted throughout the SAFER Wearables Study.

Device Maintenance
- Charge devices regularly to maintain good battery condition.
Approvals
Ensure that all necessary approvals have been obtained (as detailed here), and are in-date:
- Ethics:
- Amendments: The Study Sponsor should be informed prior to submission, and upon approval of amendments. The insurers should be informed upon approval.
- Insurance: The University’s insurance is detailed here, including requirements to notify insurers of any significant amendments, extensions, adverse events, protocol breaches, claims, etc (see here).
