Data Backups

CRF data

Manually transfer CRF data as follows:

• Log in to Qualtrics
• For each survey, download the raw data by going to the following links and clicking ‘Export and Import’, ‘Export Data’, and downloading a CSV with ‘Download all fields’ selected.
  • Informed Consent Call CRF
  • Consent Form CRF
• Login to the Secure Data Transfer Service
• Upload the downloaded files to the SAFERwearables-In folder.
• Login to the SDHS (Secure Data Hosting Service) using RSA SecurID, and open the Windows interface.
• Move the files from the ‘IncomingTransferData\In' directory to the ‘Z Backups’ directory.
